STRUCTURAL MASONRY

High crushing-strength red clay bricks.

Direct-from-kiln masonry engineered for multi-story load-bearing durability. Sourced from local Kapurthala clay and fired to precise structural tolerances.

THE KILN PROCESS

Fired by tradition in Kapurthala

We utilize local alluvial clay from the Doaba basin, shaped in heavy steel molds and fired in traditional Bull's Trench Kilns. This high-temperature process vitrifies the minerals, creating the signature deep terracotta hue and dense structural integrity.

Every batch is hand-sorted at our Mudhowal yard. We reject warped or under-fired units immediately, ensuring only high-durability masonry reaches your flatbed delivery truck.
